All key business processes and activities have been recorded in Witte van Moort's quality management system. This system meets all recent requirements and is certified in accordance with the ISO-9001 standard. Witte van Moort also has the welding qualifications ISO-3834-2 and ISO-14001.

To assure the quality of our products, we have our own specialised quality department with the most advanced equipment.
Quality abbreviations and processes
Witte van Moort uses many quality tools that are also applied within the automotive industry. For example, the release process for new products follows the APQP process (Advanced Product Quality Planning). The required inputs are delivered per phase and signed off by the management.
During this APQP process, the CPK (Process Capability or forecast capability) of the processes is determined. Once the products have been released into production, continuous measurements are carried out (SPC) to demonstrate that the processes actually remain capable.
