Deep drawing of sheet metal is Witte van Moort's strength. For deep drawing, we use 20 hydraulic presses, many of which are equipped with automatic manipulators or handling robots.

All-rounder in sheet-metal working

20 hydraulic presses

  • A 1,500 ton press, for sheet metal parts of 4,500 x 2,200 mm, maximum depth 400 mm.
  • A 1,250 ton press, for sheet metal parts of 1,000 x 900 mm, maximum depth 400 mm.
  • A 1,000 ton press, for sheet metal parts of 3,600 x 2,200 mm, maximum depth 400 mm.
  • A 800 ton press, for sheet metal parts of 3,100 x 1,900 mm, maximum depth 400 mm.
  • A 630 ton press, for sheet metal parts with a dimension of 2,600 x 1,600 mm, maximum depth 400 mm.
  • Four 400 ton presses for sheet metal parts with dimensions of 3,000 x 1,600 mm, maximum depth 400 mm.
  • Supplemented by a range of lighter presses from 65 to 315 tonnes.
