Manufacturing a high-quality product requires the use of the right tools.

We therefore have our own tool shop, which enables us to make our own tools. An additional advantage of manufacturing our own tools is that, if necessary, we can always adequately respond to any changes that need to be made.

We also take care of tool maintenance and adjustments ourselves, which also helps save time. This also enable us to respond immediately if there is any disruption in the production process.

Our tool shop cooperates closely with the engineering department and is manned by employees who know their trade. Many of them have ample experience in the construction and maintenance of tools. Their expertise and the up-to-date machinery guarantee the production of high-quality tools, with a focus on the demands that your product needs to meet.

Once the tool is finished, our quality department will draw up a test report, which will be used to determine whether or not  the tool should be released for batch production. If so desired, tools can be stored in our special, closed high-rise warehouse.
